  Very impressed! I definitely recommend them! I was just expecting a plain urn, but received a lot more - cute wooden urn, paw print, death certificate, and a folder with offers/resources. In addition, I received a baggy of her hair clippings (which unfortunately is too hard to look at right now). Thank you for respecting my pet/all pets & giving me one last thing to remember her by!

  I have never had to plan something like this, and the compassion that the staff had was AMAZING! I didn't need to give a huge notice and they were even willing to even transport my dogs body. I will always remember them for future services.
